OISE specialises in courses for academic and professional purposes.  Course advisors have wide experience and detailed knowledge of the needs of these participants and they can advise on topics such as continued professional development for professional learners and also on the entrance requirements for international students wanting to study at an English speaking university including Oxbridge and European Business schools and European Hospitality Management schools.

Specialist academic advice is available to all students and prospective students for course advice and information about how to enrol and how to choose the best course for the specific personal language objective of the learner.

The admissions team work closely with their colleagues in the school academic teams and have many years of experience in advising learners on the best course for their needs.  The team can also advise on the practical considerations such as transfer from the airport or station of arrival.  The service is personalised and bespoke for each student.  The small number of students on each course allows OISE to be flexible and to cater to the needs of each participant.  Changes or adjustments to bookings can be made easily by telephone or email.  The team can advise about each stage in the enrolment process from making the initial enrolment, to payment of the course fees, to pre-course Needs Analysis, to accommodation details, to pre-departure checks.

Admissions consultants remain in direct contact with the participant up to the moment when they depart for their course.  From this point the school team takes over to welcome the participant.

Most learners enrol approximately 2 to 5 months before the start of their course.  There is no enrolment deadline and if course places are available OISE is happy to accept late enrolments such as one week before the course start date.  All courses need to be paid in full before the course begins.

How to register for an OISE course

2. Complete the OISE Registration Form

3. Return OISE Registration Form + course fee deposit to:

The deposit can be paid in one of the following ways:

• By Visa/Mastercard: 

please complete the credit card details as directed on the Registration Form.

• By bank transfer:

quoting student name, please send a copy of the transfer document.

4. Booking confirmation

OISE confirms your booking and sends an invoice for the balance of your course fees together with:

• Full pre-course information
• Certificate of enrolment for visa purposes (if applicable)

5. Payment of course

• The balance of your course fees should be paid 4 weeks before your course start.
• Send bank transfer for payment of the balance of course fees quoting your name and your booking number.

6. Transfer reservation

• If you have booked a Taxi Transfer Service, please send your flight details to the Admissions Department (to arrive 14 days before your arrival).
