Motivating first step
The aim of these programmes is to give students an early advantage for the rest of their lives: a love of the English language at an age when it can make a real difference, not only for the great motivation factor but the enhanced capacity to absorb the language in the earlier years.

The lessons are lively, interesting and, above all, fun. Pupils are encouraged to develop their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills using carefully selected texts, audio tapes, games, role-play activities and songs.

OISE, recognising that the safety and well-being of the children in its care is of the utmost importance, provides in both locations:

• 24-hour supervision
• all teaching staff live on campus
• no child is allowed out at any time unless accompanied by an adult.

OISE Taunton
Taunton is a small market town located in the heart of the South West of England, approximately 40 minutes south west of Bristol. Surrounded by rolling hills and expansive rural farmland, this is a safe and friendly environment for children.

OISE Taunton is purpose-designed for younger children with sports and leisure facilities on site, a swimming pool and large grounds and lawns for outdoor games and activities.

OISE Llandovery
Llandovery is a small market town situated in the heart of Wales, lying between the rugged scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the gentler upper Towy Valley. The OISE school is set in 55 acres of grounds and has excellent sports, recreational and fitness facilities, including a nine-hole golf course. Our school also enjoys new state-of-the-art classroom facilities.
