Llandovery is a small market town nestled between the rugged scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the gentler Upper Towy Valley. Situated in Camarthenshire, the area is renowned for its castles and historically was home to lead and gold mining, notably Dolaucothi now open to the public. Nearby is Llyn y Fan Fach, most famous for the legendary Lady of the Lake, a myth still alive today.
Llandovery College is the focal point of this friendly town and perfectly placed to explore the Brecon Beacons and surrounding scenery, its tranquillity making it the ideal place for students to concentrate on their studies.
Set in 55 acres of grounds, OISE Llandovery benefits from excellent sports, recreational and fitness facilities, including a nine-hole golf course.
